We would like to serve you with our best efforts and hope that you have a great experience with us. We also understand that there may be some instances that you do not feel connected with the product that you purchased from us. Now you do not have to worry a bit, we have a no question asked Return/Exchange policy. Just take care of a few things and please read the following criteria thoroughly:
* Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging, tags & accessories intact.
* Return/Exchange window remains open until 7 Days from the DATE OF DELIVERY.
RETURN EXCHANGE PROCESS:
1. Apply for Return/Exchange within the 7 DAYS period to initiate a Return/Exchange request.
2. Provide your original purchase information and an optional reason for your concern.
3. Our customer support representative will guide you through the necessary steps including providing you with the instructions for packaging and shipping the item back to us.
4. If necessary, we will also provide you the shipping label which has to be taken printout of and affixed on the shipment package by you.
RETURN/EXCHANGE CHARGES:
*For products upto the value of INR 1499, we offer free returns and exchange. Products valuing more than INR 1499, attract some special care and charges which are mentioned below:
1. EXCHANGE:
In the case of Exchange, your product will be replaced with the product specified by you. Following charges have to be borne by you:
a. Defective and Damaged Exchange : If the item that you have received is defective or damaged, we will cover the return and forward shipping costs, and you will be eligible for a free replacement. Any difference in the cost of returned product and the replacement product will have to be borne by you.
b. Non-Defective Exchange: If you are replacing an item for reasons other than defects or damage, you will be responsible for any further shipping costs and will be payable by you. A convenience charge of INR 500 will also be added to the payable amount by you. Additionally, a restocking fee may also apply, which will be added to the payable amount by you.
EXCHAGE PROCESS and DETAILS:
a. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria and after the payment of applicable charges by you, we will process the shipment of your replacement product within 3-5 business days.In some cases it may take 15-20 days as some Handcrafted products need extra attention and time frame to be sculpted perfectly.
b. The replacement product will be delivered to the original address, unless otherwise specified.
2. RETURNS:
a. Defective and Damaged Returns: If the item that you have received is defective or damaged, we will cover the return and forward shipping costs, and you will be eligible for a full refund after the deduction of a nominal amount of INR 500 as convenience charges.
b. Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defects or damage, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A convenience charge of INR 500 will be deducted from the refundable amount. Additionally, a restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
REFUND PROCESS and DETAILS:
a. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 3 business days after deducting the applicable charges.
b. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.
Please note that the Personalized or Customized Products are not eligible for Return/Exchange.
*We recommend that you carefully pack the item as per our instructions to ensure it reaches us in its original condition. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process.
